Preliminary Postural Assessment
The first consultation involves a full assessment of joints and muscle groups in order to determine the root cause of the pain.Rehabilitation Programme Plan
A personalised rehabilitation programme is set out for each of our clients. This could involve exercise routines, deep tissue massage or other therapies.Follow-Up Assessments
After the pain has been relieved, we always recommend continuing with the exercises to prevent future occurrence, while 6 and 12 month follow-up assessments are also recommended.About Us
